Our Story

Exploring Costa Rica's Culinary Scene: Our Quest for Authentic Italian Sausage

We started making our own sausages because it was impossible to find a good Italian sausage anywhere here. So we got a small kitchen grinder and started to make a few kilos.

We shared some with neighbours who encouraged us to start selling at a local feria.
As demand grew for our products we added other ferias to our list. Eventually we were doing 7 in 6 days.

Unfortunately Covid-19 changed everything. ALL the ferias shut down.

We decided to pivot and changed to delivery…..country wide.
We met so many amazing people, saw so much of this beautiful country, striking up friendships everywhere. We are very grateful for the journey we began.
Now, not only do we deliver anywhere in the country, you can also find our products in many stores, restaurants and resorts. We’re always looking for more too.

We currently offer 24 varieties of sausages to choose from, but we are always on the lookout for new recipes to keep your bellies full.

Our Food Policy

We use the best quality ingredients for all of our sausages. We use no fillers, additives, or preservatives whatsoever. If we wouldn’t eat it, neither will our customers. No cheap trim or scraps. Only top-quality handmade sausages.
